Flow to Restore Session

Theme : Nature is our biggest teacher

What can we learn from natural occurring shapes in nature including hexagons?  Believe it or not snowflakes start as hexagons and the forces of nature change them to be entirely unique by the time the hit the ground.  This is used as a metaphor for this class.

Join me for this slow intense practice on this exploration of simply experiencing movement in your own body and appreciating how truly unique you are, just like every snowflake.

This is a yoga flow that session ends with a restorative practice, so please prepare cushions, pillows, bolsters, blankets etc.
