Fellow North East friends, this weekend I am collaborating with my lovely friends at @thedoorstepspa in Redcar to host some mini retreat packages in their beautiful space. Friday and Saturday are fully booked, but due to high demand we’ve added a Sunday morning session for yoga with me and use of the spa facilities from 10am-1pm
